RETURNS OR EXCHANGES POLICY

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES; FEES APPLY.

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you must notify us of your wish to return or exchange your order and complete the return shipment within 14 calendar days of receiving it. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

1. The item is in perfect condition (no signs of use or breakage and with all tags), and is still in its original packaging.

2. Please be careful when trying on clothes; any product that has been damaged manually and/or does not comply with our policies will not be returned.

3. Products for which hygiene is important (swimsuits) have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

4. The product was found to be defective immediately after receipt by the customer.

5. Carmen Madrid is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with your return.

6. The return will be acknowledged within the next 7 business days after its receipt by our warehouse and if the conditions are met, the refund will be officially completed within this period.

All returns and exchanges will be processed through our central warehouse in Asia. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

In the event that an order is returned after the period stipulated in our policies, does not meet any of the imposed conditions and/or the desire to return or exchange it has not been previously communicated, the return will not be recognized and the amount cannot be refunded.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must follow these steps to initiate the return or exchange process:

• Send an email to info@carmenmadridd.com with the following information:

Order number
Reason for refund request
Photo of the product with its labels as well as the original packaging
Customer's first and last name
Customer address

We will then contact you and provide you with the appropriate return form.

Please note that your order may be subject to additional charges or taxes due to customs regulations in the destination country. We recommend that you check the terms and conditions of the various international shipping companies before initiating a return. Please be aware that we have no control over any applicable fees.

Please ensure you ship your package with a tracking service, as Carmen Madrid is not responsible for returns that are held, lost, or damaged in transit. Any return that has been damaged or lost during shipping will not be eligible for a refund.

Returned products will be assessed upon arrival to ensure they comply with our returns policy.

Depending on the payment method and the country from which you are returning your items, the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

• Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to pay for the order.
• Please do not send emails asking about the arrival of your return unless 20 days have passed since you sent it.

Once your order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Therefore, if you wish to return the items, you will need to wait to receive them and then initiate the return process.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will send you the original item at no additional cost.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Right of cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the order. Since we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process, and a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Carmen Madrid of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending an email. The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning or exchanging the goods.

Registration for shipments in transit

As our products are shipped from our warehouses in Spain, the United States, and Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the products are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible return, please include a shipping confirmation with your order.

Right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must explicitly inform Carmen Madrid of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email) no later than 14 calendar days after you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, have received the goods. The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day we receive the goods back at our warehouse. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction for this reimbursement, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
